Throughout my own journey, I have been inspired through education to heal. Over the past decade, these learnings have allowed me to completely transform my life—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Movement has been at the heart of that transformation.
I am a practicing Registered Nurse and have a secondary Board Certification as a Registered Nurse Coach. I completed further education to become NARM-Informed, understanding the impacts of developmental trauma and the effect that has on the developing nervous system. Finally, in an effort to help reform Western healthcare to an approach that is more preventative, I completed my Masters Degree at the University of British Columbia in Healthcare Leadership.
